Premium Membership

What's Included?
Everything from the standard membership, plus:
• 4 x 30-minute 1:1 coaching sessions with a teacher (tailored feedback, pronunciation, speaking practice or grammar deep-dives).

Payment And Subscription FAQ's
How does the payment work?
The community works as a monthly subscription service. When you sign up, you will pay for the month ahead, and then be billed the same amount at the same time each month. The amount will depend on whether you choose the standard or premium option.
Additional charges my apply from individual payment providers. The community is not responsible for these, and will not benefit from them in any way.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel your subscription anytime by emailing: info@pinkflamingoenglish.com , preferably a week before your next payment is due. It is advisable to give as much notice as possible because once the payment has been taken, it is non-refundable.
How do I contact support?
If you have any problems or questions about your payment, membership or English classes, you can always contact Amy directly on info@pinkflamingoenglish.com . The issue will then be resolved via email or through a short call.
Can I share my membership with others?
No. Sharing your membership goes against the terms and conditions.
